Admission to the *D. Pharm (Diploma in Pharmacy)* course at Kamalam Ramasamy Institute of Paramedical Sciences follows a straightforward process designed to ensure that eligible students are given the opportunity to pursue their studies in pharmacy.

  •   Application Submission : Prospective students need to submit a duly filled application form, either online or at the admissions office.
  •   Entrance Examination (If applicable) : Some institutions may require students to appear for an entrance exam. For specific details, the applicants are advised to contact the institute or refer to the latest admission brochure.
  •   Merit-Based Selection : Admission is usually based on merit, which considers the applicant’s academic performance in the qualifying exam (10+2 or equivalent).
  •   Counseling (If applicable) : Shortlisted candidates may be called for a counseling session, where final admissions are confirmed based on merit and seat availability.
  •   Fee Payment : Once selected, the student needs to pay the *admission fee* of Rs. 5,500 (one time) and the *course fee* of Rs. 60,000 per annum to confirm their seat.
Educational Qualification

Candidates must have completed *10+2 or equivalent* with *Physics, Chemistry, and **Biology/Mathematics* from a recognized board.


Minimum Marks

Applicants must have passed with a minimum of *50% aggregate marks* in the qualifying exam. For reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC), the minimum required percentage may vary as per government norms.


Age Limit

The candidate should be at least *17 years old* at the time of admission.

  •   10th and 12th Marksheets : Original and photocopies of marksheets as proof of academic qualifications.
  •   Transfer Certificate (TC) : Issued by the last attended school/college.
  •   Migration Certificate (for students coming from other boards or universities)
  •   Community Certificate (for reserved category students, if applicable).
  •   Aadhaar Card or any other government-issued ID for identity verification.
  •   Passport-sized photographs (typically 4 to 6).
  •   Income Certificate (for those applying for fee concessions or scholarships).

Once all documents are verified and fees are paid, the admission is confirmed, and the student can begin their D. Pharm journey.
